Terms & Conditions

• All sessions must be booked in advance via the online booking system.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings at our discretion.

• Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
• Missed sessions or “no-shows” will not be refunded or rescheduled.

• Your session will begin and end at the scheduled time.
• Late arrivals will not receive extended time.
• No refunds or extensions will be given for late arrival.

• Access details will be provided prior to your session.
• Access is valid only for your booked time slot.
• Access codes must not be shared under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised access or misuse may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

• Sessions take place in private rooms and are self-guided.
• No supervision or instruction is provided.
• You are responsible for using all facilities safely and appropriately.

• You must leave the room clean and tidy after use.
• All equipment must be wiped down and returned to its original position.
• Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges.

• All personal belongings are brought at your own risk.
• The Reformer Suites accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• You must follow all safety guidance displayed within the studio.
• You must not use equipment if you feel unwell or unsafe.
• You agree to act responsibly at all times while using the facility.

We reserve the right to refuse access or remove individuals from the premises without refund if:

• Terms are breached.
• Behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.
• Access rules are not followed.

We reserve the right to:

• Amend pricing, services, or availability at any time.
• Make changes to bookings where necessary.
• Update these terms and conditions without prior notice.

All use of The Reformer Suites is subject to our Liability Waiver.

By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to both the Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
